For the Fun of It
A Quick Note Before You Explore
I share recommendations the way I’d send them to a friend, with the real-life context that helps me decide whether something is genuinely worth our family’s time, money, and energy. I pay attention to the full experience, including how families are treated and how easy the day feels to navigate.
Everything here is intentionally curated. I don’t do public takedowns or share something simply because I was invited. If I don’t feel good about recommending it to another family, I simply don’t share it.
Let’s Make Life More Fun
Somewhere between work, schedules, motherhood, and all the things that need doing, I realized how much I missed following an idea simply because it sounded fun.
So I started painting, gardening, taking photos, trying random DIY projects, and jumping between hobbies like a very enthusiastic hobby shark. I’m giving myself permission to be a beginner, make something imperfect, lose interest, come back later, and enjoy the whole messy process.
None of it has to become productive. It gets to bring me joy. And that joy helps me feel more creative, present, and like myself.
