 Hi, I’m Eryn. I created 614Mom because I needed it, too.

I’m a mom of four, a certified meditation teacher, and entrepreneur who felt the disconnection and overwhelm of early motherhood and wanted something more. 614Mom was born in Columbus as a blog to connect moms to local gems and real talk. It’s grown into something deeper to share my journey through motherhood, mindfulness, and small business.

A soft exhale. A little light. A reminder that you can love your people deeply and still make room for yourself.

You’ll find a mix of motherhood reflections, local favorites, small joys, and the kinds of practices that help you come back to yourself. I’ve always loved long form writing, the kind that lets a story breathe and makes space for what’s true.

Most of what I share tends to live in four places:

  • Heart for honest motherhood and the feelings underneath

  • Home for hobbies, everyday rhythms, and a little local love

  • Soul for grounding, mindfulness, and meaning in the middle of real life

  • Community for connection, gatherings, and the people and places that help us feel less alone
